Eleven Premium removes the vote requirement from gated features and raises your personal library limits. Premium comes in two forms — personal premium, tied to your Discord account, and server premium, activated on a specific server using one of your personal activations.

Activate Premium

Step-by-step guide to purchasing and activating premium.

Personal premium vs. server premium

Personal premium is attached to your account and follows you everywhere:
  • Bypasses the vote requirement on gated features for you, in any server
  • Higher favourites, history, and playlist limits
  • 45% cooldown reduction on all commands
Server premium applies to an entire server, so every member benefits — not just you:
  • Activated using one of your personal plan’s server activations
  • Any member of that server gets premium-gated features without needing to vote or have their own premium
  • Can be deactivated and moved to a different server at any time
Server activations are limited by your plan. The Lite tier includes no server activations — it only grants personal benefits.

What premium unlocks

Don’t need premium right now? You can still get 12 hours of access for free by voting at https://top.gg/bot/1277525844319014955.

How to get premium

Premium isn’t self-serve — plans are activated by the support team after purchase. To get started:
  1. Join the official support server with /support
  2. Open a ticket in the support server
  3. Let the team know which plan you’d like
  4. Once confirmed, your personal premium is applied to your account
See Activate Premium for the full walkthrough, including how to activate premium on a server once you have a plan.

Checking your status

Use /premium (alias /prem) at any time to view your current plan and any servers you’ve activated premium on. The command opens an interactive panel with buttons to view your activated servers, activate premium on the current server, or deactivate it.
