You must meet Discord’s own minimum age and eligibility requirements to use Discord, and by extension Eleven. Server owners and admins are responsible for ensuring Eleven’s use in their server complies with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.3. Acceptable use
When using Eleven, you agree not to:- Use Eleven to stream, request, or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer Eleven’s commands, rate limits, or infrastructure

- Circumvent cooldowns, vote requirements, or premium gating through technical means
- Use Eleven in any way that violates Discord’s Terms of Service or applicable law
4. Premium plans
Premium is purchased manually through a ticket in the support server, not through an automated storefront. By purchasing Premium, you additionally agree that:- Plans run for a fixed duration (see Plans) and don’t auto-renew
- Payments are handled by the support team through your ticket; follow their instructions carefully
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of billing error

- We may suspend or revoke Premium access if it was obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms
5. Your content
Some Eleven features store data you provide, such as playlist names, favourites, and listening history. You retain ownership of anything you submit, but grant us the right to store and process it as needed to provide the relevant feature. See our Privacy Policy for details on what’s collected and how it’s used.6. Third-party services
Eleven relies on third-party services to function, including but not limited to Discord, Deezer, Apple Music, Lavalink node providers, and Top.gg. We don’t control these services and aren’t responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Your use of features that rely on them may be subject to their own terms.See Copyright & Attribution for details on how Eleven sources audio and how to report copyright concerns.
