# Eleven Premium: Purchase and Activate

> How to purchase an Eleven Premium plan and activate it on your account or server.

Premium plans are purchased through a support ticket, not a self-serve checkout. Once purchased, you can manage and activate your premium using the `/premium` command.

## Step 1: Purchase a plan

<Steps>
  <Step title="Join the support server">
    Run `/support` in any server with Eleven, or use the **Support** link in the navbar. This gives you an invite to the official Discord.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a ticket">
    In the support server, open a ticket to reach the team. Let them know which plan you want — Lite, Standard, or Ultra. See [Plans](/premium/plans) if you need a refresher on pricing and features.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete payment">
    Follow the payment instructions provided in your ticket by the support team.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirmation">
    Once payment is confirmed, the team applies premium to your account. You can verify it worked with `/premium`.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Eleven doesn't sell premium automatically through commands or a website checkout. Only purchase through a ticket in the official support server to avoid scams.
</Warning>

## Step 2: Check your status

Run `/premium` in any server. This opens an interactive panel showing:

* **Your Premium** — your current plan, if any
* **Server Premium** — whether premium is active on the current server, and who activated it

## Step 3: Activate premium on a server

If your plan includes server activations (Standard or Ultra), you can apply premium to a server so every member benefits — not just you.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Run /premium in the target server">
    Make sure you're running the command in the server you want to activate, since activation applies to the current server.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Activate">
    If the server doesn't already have premium active, you'll see an **Activate** button. Click it to use one of your server activations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Done">
    The server now has premium — every member there can use gated features without needing to vote or have their own plan.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  You can only activate as many servers as your plan allows: 0 for Lite, 1 for Standard, 2 for Ultra. If you've used up your activations, deactivate one before activating another.
</Note>

## Managing activated servers

From the `/premium` panel, click **My Servers** to see every server you've activated. Each entry has a **Remove** button to deactivate premium on that server, freeing up the activation for use elsewhere.

To deactivate premium on the server you're currently in, click **Deactivate** on the status view instead.

<Tip>
  Moving to a different main server? Deactivate premium on the old one first, then activate it on the new one — activations aren't consumed permanently.
</Tip>

## Troubleshooting

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="I paid but /premium still shows no active plan">
    Confirmations aren't instant. Check your ticket in the support server for an update, and ping the team if it's been more than a few minutes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The Activate button isn't showing up">
    This usually means either the server already has premium active (activated by someone else), or your plan has 0 server activations available (Lite tier). Check **Your Premium** in the `/premium` panel to confirm your plan.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I deactivate a server I didn't activate myself?">
    No. Only the user who activated premium on a server can deactivate it from that server's status view. If that user is no longer available, ask the support team for help in a ticket.
